Cylinder head cleanliness control is a difficult production problem faced by domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers.Aluminum chips sticking in the inner cavity of cylinder head water channel will not only lead to poor engine heat dissipation performance,but also seriously affect the engine quality.This paper mainly discusses the control methods of preventing the aluminum chips sticking in the inner cavity of cylinder head water channel,and provides some examples for reference.
