摘要
通过Creo 5.0实现锥齿轮的参数化设计和锥齿轮传动系统的运动仿真,利用参数化设计,只需输入锥齿轮的相关参数,就可以直接得到锥齿轮的三维模型,大大提高了锥齿轮的建模效率。对锥齿轮传动系统进行运动仿真,可以在虚拟环境下进行锥齿轮传动的运动模拟和干涉检查,从而验证了锥齿轮建模的准确性和运动的可靠性,降低了设计成本。
Creo 5.0 is adopted to realize the parametric design of bevel gear and the motion simulation of bevel gear drive system.Through parametric design,the 3d model of bevel gear can be obtained directly by inputting the relevant parameters of bevel gear,which greatly improves the efficiency of bevel gear modeling.Motion simulation of bevel gear transmission system can be carried out in a virtual environment for motion simulation and interference inspection of bevel gear transmission,which can verify the accuracy of bevel gear modeling and motion reliability,and reduce the design cost.
