摘要
根据某型半挂车鹅颈梁的结构特点及加工工况,设计半挂车鹅颈梁加工专用机床,并对该机床的组合式床身结构应用ANSYS软件进行静力学分析,求得床身结构在极端工况下的应力分布。根据仿真结果分析优化结构,验证了设计的可行性,可为机床整体结构设计提供参考。
According to the structural characteristics and processing conditions of the goose neck beam of a semi-trailer,a special machine tool for processing the goose neck beam of the semi-trailer is designed.The static analysis of the combined bed structure of the machine tool is carried out by using ANSYS software,and the stress distribution of the bed structure under extreme conditions is obtained.
