摘要
针对柔性制造系统控制策略开发调试周期长、低柔性以及难复用的问题,提出了基于规划领域定义语言(Planning Domain Definition Language,PDDL)的柔性制造系统通用控制架构。通过应用规划领域定义语言将领域知识和具体问题的求解解耦,实现了配置简便、可复用以及可优化的控制策略,开发了原型系统并在某航空企业进行了应用,验证了所提控制架构的可行性。
Aiming at the problems of long development and debugging cycle of flexible manufacturing system control strategy,low flexibility and difficult reuse,a general control architecture of flexible manufacturing system based on Planning Domain Definition Language(PDDL)is proposed.By applying the planning domain definition language to decouple domain knowledge and specific problem solving,a simple configuration,reusable and optimizable control strategy was realized.A prototype system was developed and applied in an aviation company to verify the proposed control The feasibility of the architecture.
