摘要
对板厚为44mm的6082-T6铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊工艺试验。结果表明,接头的微观组织形态和力学性能均良好,其中抗拉强度随主轴转速的增加呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,可达到母材强度的70%以上,且焊缝硬度呈“W”型分布。
The friction stir welding process of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy with plate thickness of 44mm was tested.The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint are good.The tensile strength of the joint increases first and then decreases with the increase of the spindle speed.The tensile strength can reach more than 70%of the strength of the base metal,and the hardness of the weld is distributed in a"W"shape.
