摘要
为减少SQ218D型切梗机磨刀系统在生产使用过程中出现的火险隐患,通过研究SQ218D型切梗机磨刀系统组成及工作原理,从磨刀支架和磨刀往返机构两个方面分析了磨刀系统火险的原因,并提出了相应的改进方法。应用效果表明,改进后磨刀系统火险隐患的次数由原来的每月2次降低为0次,有效解决了火险隐患,提高了设备运行效率和安全。
In order to reduce the fire hazard of the SQ218D type stem cutter sharpening system in the production and use process,through studying the composition and working principle of the SQ218D type stem cutter sharpening system,the grinding is analyzed from the two aspects of the sharpening bracket and the sharpening back and forth mechanism.The reasons for the fire risk of the knife system and corresponding improvement methods are proposed.The application effect shows that the number of fire hazards of the improved sharpening system is reduced from 2 times a month to 0 times,which effectively solves the fire hazards and improves the efficiency and safety of equipment operation.
