Ti8LC钛合金热处理工艺对硬度和组织的影响

摘要 鉴于Ti8Lc钛合金独特的加工特性,研究热处理工艺对钛合金硬度和组织的影响。Ti8LC钛合金热处理工艺会改变Ti8LC钛合金高周疲劳特性,形成压缩应力区,从而影响Ti8LC钛合金硬度。Ti8LC钛合金热处理工艺会改变Ti8LC钛合金应力值,导致Ti8LC钛合金内部组织发生变化。在热处理加工中,应尽可能降低Ti8LC钛合金低周疲劳载荷,并进行持续的缓冷处理,以有效提高Ti8Lc钛合金的硬度,降低对组织的影响。 In view of the unique processing characteristics of Ti8LC titanium alloy,the effect of heat treatment process on the hardness and microstructure of titanium alloy was studied.The heat treatment process of Ti8LC titanium alloy will change the high cycle fatigue characteristics of Ti8LC titanium alloy and form compression stress zone,thus affecting the hardness of Ti8LC titanium alloy.The heat treatment process of Ti8LC titanium alloy will change the stress value of Ti8LC titanium alloy,leading to changes in the internal microstructure of Ti8LC titanium alloy.In the heat treatment process,the low cycle fatigue load of Ti8LC titanium alloy should be reduced as far as possible,and the continuous slow cooling treatment can effectively improve the hardness of Ti8LC titanium alloy,reduce the impact on the structure.
