摘要
正确的焊接工艺是材料抗点蚀性能和力学性能的保证。因此,在生产中要严格遵守焊接工艺技术规程,严格执行焊接工艺参数,以充分发挥材料的优良性能。基于此,主要研究超级奥氏体不锈钢254SMo的特点、焊接性能、焊接过程控制以及焊接试板检验。
The correct welding process is the guarantee of pitting corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of materials.Therefore,in production,we should strictly abide by the process discipline and strictly implement the welding process parameters,so as to give full play to the excellent properties of materials.Based on this,the characteristics,welding performance,welding process control and welding test plate inspection of super austenitic stainless steel 254SMo are mainly studied.
