间环装夹加工的改进

摘要 加工间环时,小立车传统装夹工艺需要先用4卡爪抓外圆车上平面和内孔,再翻面绷内孔车上平面和外圆。加工期间更换装夹方式会影响产品内孔外圆和平面的平面度与平行度,因此通过改进简化装夹加工工艺来提高工效,以保证加工质量。 When processing the intermediate ring,the traditional clamping process of the small vertical car needs to first grasp the plane and inner hole of the outer circle with 4 jaws,and then turn the inner hole and car the plane and outer circle.Changing the clamping method during processing will affect the flatness and parallelism of the inner circle and the plane of the product.Therefore,the work efficiency is improved by improving and simplifying the clamping processing technology to ensure the processing quality.
