摘要
螺纹铣削加工与传统螺纹加工方式相比,在加工精度和加工效率方面具有极大优势,且加工时不受螺纹结构和旋向的限制。基于此,介绍MasterCAM 2020数控编程特点和铣削螺纹的方法,通过编程应用案例证明MasterCAM 2020螺纹铣削的编程较为高效,在实践中有较高的应用价值。
Compared with traditional thread processing methods,thread milling has great advantages in processing accuracy and processing efficiency,and it is not restricted by thread structure and direction of rotation during processing.Based on this,the characteristics of MasterCAM 2020 CNC programming and the method of thread milling are introduced.The programming application case proves that the programming of MasterCAM 2020 thread milling is more efficient and has high application value in practice.
