摘要
为减轻船式耕作机变速器的重量,对变速器箱体结构进行优化。基于Romax软件分析不同工况下的箱体载荷,对箱体进行建模和变密度法的拓扑优化设计,通过对箱体顶部箱壁和箱体后方的箱壁选择不同去除量进行拓扑优化,选取最优方案。在满足箱体应力应变条件下,质量减少了5%,实现了变速器箱体的轻量化。
In order to reduce the weight of the transmission of the boat type cultivator machine of an enterprise,this paper takes the transmission housing as the research object to apply the optimum structural design.Firstly,it is based on the Romax software to analyze the load of the box under different working conditions.Secondly,the modeling and a topology optimization analysis of the variable density method are adopted for the box.At the same time,the topology optimization is performed by selecting different removal amounts for the top wall of the box and the wall at the rear of the box,and the optimal solution is selected.The results show that the weight is reduced by 5%while the situation could meet the stress and strain of the box.Then the lightweight design can be realized.
