机场道面碳纤维发热线融雪模型试验研究

摘要 为分析碳纤维发热线能够融化机场道面冰雪的可行性,通过在恒温实验室内制作内置碳纤维发热线的等比例机场混凝土道路模型,研究机场道面的温升规律。结果表明:提高发热功率,减小碳纤维发热线布置间距有利于高效融化道面冰雪,对比优选出间距100 mm,发热功率为237 W/m 2的道面下碳纤维发热线布置参数。恒温室内测试设置环境为-5℃,发热功率为237 W/m 2,发热线布置间距为100 mm,加热2.5 h试件温升最快稳定在0℃左右且最终稳定在6.6℃左右,能够保证试件道面上无冰雪堆积。 In order to analyze the feasibility of the carbon fiber heating wire to melt the ice and snow of the airport pavement,the temperature rise law of the airport pavement is studied by making large scale airport concrete model specimens in a constant temperature laboratory.The results show that increasing the heating power and reducing the spacing of the carbon fiber heating wires are conducive to efficiently melting the ice and snow on the pavement surface.The parameters of the carbon fiber heating wires under the road surface with a spacing of 100 mm and a heating power of 237 W/m 2 are preferred.The setting environment of the constant temperature indoor test is 5℃,the heating power is 237 W/m 2,the spacing of the heating wires is 100mm,and the temperature rise of the test piece is stable at about 0℃and finally stable at about 4℃after heating for 4 h,which can guarantee the test No ice and snow accumulation on the road surface.
