成果导向教育理念与人文社会科学混合式教学改革实践——以东北大学法学课程教学改革为例 被引量:8

Outcomes-based Education Conception and Practice of Blending Learning Reform in Humanities and Social Sciences——Take the reform of law course teaching in Northeastern University as an example

摘要 成果导向教育理念是一种强调以大学生为中心、以能力培养为导向和以行业需求为牵引的教育范式创新理念。成果导向教育理念以学习产出来驱动教育系统的运行,实现人文社会科学教育范式的转换。以东北大学法学课程教学改革实践为例,成果导向教育理念要求将法学课程教育目的融入课程设计的全过程,以有效培养大学生的法学思辨能力,形成法学逻辑思维。在依法治国的新时代高等教育过程中,将线上课程与案例教学、模拟法庭、讨论式教学和双语教学等教学方式加以糅合的混合式教学模式逐渐成为法学教育的有效手段,能够有效化解传统教学模式学习路径单一、应用性不强等弊端。针对教学实践中所面临的突出问题,在继续开展混合式教学的同时,还应在教学技术支持、课程配套材料以及教学阶段衔接等方面对人文社会科学课程改革加以完善。 The concept of Outcomes-based Education is an educational paradigm innovation that emphasizes college students as the center,ability cultivation as the guide and industry demand as the pull.The concept of Outcomesbased Education drives the operation of education system by learning output and realizes the transformation of education paradigm of humanities and social sciences.Taking the practice of law course teaching reform in Northeastern University as an example,the concept of Outcomes-based Education requires the purpose of law course education be integrated into the whole process of course design,so as to effectively cultivate college students'critical thinking ability and form legal logic thinking.In the new era of comprehensively implement the rule of law,Blending Learning Model has gradually become an effective means of legal education in the process of new higher education.Blending Learning Model integrates online courses with Case-based teaching,mocking court,discussion teaching and bilingual teaching,which can effectively overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching,such as single learning mode and weak applicability.In view of the prominent problems in teaching practice,the curriculum reform of humanities and social sciences should be improved in teaching technical support,curriculum materials and teaching stage connection while continuing to carry out Blending Learning.
