基于太湖蠡河流域的生态补偿协作机制

Ecological Compensation Cooperation Mechanism Based on the Li River Watershed in Taihu Lake

生态补偿作为一种激励协作机制,已成为当前流域生态保护中至关重要的工具。本文以太湖蠡河流域作为分析对象,探讨上下游间的诉求与冲突,与流域生态补偿的作用机理相结合,进一步深化该地区的生态补偿制度,将理论结果应用于我国太湖蠡河流域生态环境治理。

As an incentive and coordination mechanism,ecological compensation has become a significant tool in the current ecological protection of river watershed.This article takes the Li River watershed of Taihu Lake as the analysis object,discusses the demands and conflicts between the upstream and downstream,and combines the mechanism of ecological compensation in the basin in order to further improve this mechanism in the area.The theoretical results will be applied to the ecological environment management of the Li River watershed of Taihu Lake in China.
