浅谈燃气工程管理的问题及解决方案

随着我国经济不断发展,燃气在各个地方得到广泛普及,这对燃气工程管理工作要求也在不断强化。然而现阶段在燃气工程管理过程中,尚且存在诸多问题,如技术与设计管理欠佳、安全与成本管理有所缺失、人员与制度管理较弱。对于这些问题本文提出几点解决措施,分别为加强技术管理、优化设计方案、严格控制质量管理与成本、完善人员与制度管理。通过对问题的分析以及提出相应优化措施,进而提高燃气工程管理工作质量。

With the continuous development of China's economy,gas has been widely popularized in various places,which has continuously strengthened the requirements for gas project management.However,in the process of gas project management at this stage,there are still many problems,such as poor technology and design management,lack of safety and cost management,and weak personnel and system management.This article proposes several solutions to these problems,namely strengthening technical management,optimizing design schemes,strictly controlling quality management and cost,and improving personnel and system management.Through the analysis of the problem and the corresponding optimization measures,the quality of gas engineering management work can be improved.
