近几年,我国水利事业获得了可持续发展,越来越多的人认识水利建设的重要性,这不仅关系着水利经济的发展,同时对于民生建设等方面也具有深远影响。为此,水利工程建设极为关键,为加快水利建设,有关政府部门应该提高水利工程建设重视程度,尤其要注重强化运行管理,以便实现水利工程综合效益的提升。基于此,本文主要从水利工程建设与运行管理结合角度出发进行探究,总结了其中可能存在的问题,并提出了一些具体建议,希望可以为有关方面提供参考。

In recent years,China's water conservancy industry has achieved sustainable development.More and more people realize the importance of water conservancy construction.This is not only related to the development of water conservancy economy,but also has a profound impact on people's livelihood construction and other aspects.For this reason,the construction of water conservancy projects is extremely critical.In order to speed up water conservancy construction,relevant government departments should increase the importance of water conservancy project construction,especially focusing on strengthening operation and management in order to achieve the improvement of the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy projects.Based on this,this article mainly explores from the perspective of the combination of water conservancy project construction and operation management,summarizes the possible problems,and puts forward some specific suggestions,hoping to provide references for related parties.
