摘要 以广佛环城际铁路东平水道特大桥主桥矮塔斜拉桥工程为背景,阐述OVM250型拉索体系的基本构造、设计要求、施工工艺、施工过程质量控制等,并分析了关键质量控制点的技术难度。同时总结出现场各项施工技术措施,经现场实践OVM250型拉索体系在城际铁路矮塔斜拉桥中的应用取得了关键工序的控制成果,确保梁体结构安全性和耐久性,为后期同类桥梁施工提供参考和应用。 Taking the short tower cable-stayed bridge project of the main bridge of the Dongping Waterway Bridge of the Guangfo Intercity Railway as the background,the basic structure,design requirements,construction technology,construction process quality control,etc.of the OVM250 cable system are described,and the technical difficulty of key points for quality control are analyzed.At the same time,it summarizes the various construction technical measures on the spot,and the application of the OVM250 type cable system in the intercity railway low-tower cable-stayed bridge has achieved key process control results to ensure the safety and durability of the beam structure,which provides reference and application for similar bridge construction.
