This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of measurement and valuation of punched cast-in-place piles in a coastal housing construction project in Haikou City,proposes solutions and summarizes the factors that affect the engineering measurement and valuation of punched cast-in-place piles,and provides reference for the measurement and valuation of similar subsequent projects.
