浅谈连续刚构0号块托架张拉反预压施工技术

摘要 针对挂篮悬臂浇筑法施工在大跨径桥梁中的广泛应用,本文以陕西合铜高速公路长宁河大桥(65+120+65)m连续刚构施工为例,为满足工期要求,通过对承台植入精轧螺纹钢施工技术,在托架对应承台处设置反预压支撑点,对高墩0#块托架张拉反预压施工技术进行分析和研究,为工程的安全、效益、工期创造了良好条件,为类似连续刚构工程预压施工技术提供借鉴。 Aiming at the wide application of the hanging basket cantilever pouring method in long-span bridges,this paper takes the(65+120+65)m continuous rigid frame construction of the Changning River Bridge on the Hetong Expressway in Shaanxi as an example.In order to meet the requirements of the construction period,the construction technology of finishing rolled rebar is implanted in the cap,the anti-preloading support points are set at the corresponding bearing platform of the bracket,and the tension and anti-preloading construction technology of the bracket of high pier 0#block is analyzed and studied,which creates good conditions for the safety,efficiency and construction period of the project,and provides reference for the preloading construction technology of similar continuous rigid frame projects.
