浅谈BIM应用的现状与展望

Present Situation and Prospect of BIM Application

本文根据近十年的BIM咨询服务经历,按照工程不同阶段的具体应用情况,对BIM应用的现状简要地进行分析,总结了工程各阶段一些主要的BIM应用的目的、成果和不足,同时,根据总结的现状,对BIM应用的未来,提出了一些展望和憧憬。

Based on the BIM consulting service experience in the past ten years and the specific application of different stages of the project,this paper briefly analyzes the current status of BIM applications,and summarizes the purposes,achievements and deficiencies of some major BIM applications at each stage of the project.At the same time,based on the summary of the current situation,this paper puts forward some prospects and visions for the future of BIM applications.
