摘要
金兴矿业公司采用原矿焙烧、焙砂氰化浸出提金工艺,在日益严峻的环保形势下,亟需寻求新型环保浸金剂替代剧毒氰化钠。通过小型试验和半工业试验,考察了新型环保浸金剂CG505A替代氰化钠的可行性。结果表明:在原有氰化钠浸出系统不变的情况下,CG505A可对等替代氰化钠进行连续生产,浸出效果良好;CG505A浸出尾矿浆滤饼毒性浸出分析中16项指标全部达标且远低于限值,浸出尾矿浆无需治理即可达到一般固废堆存标准;CG505A生产成本比氰化钠节省50.95元/t,经济效益和环保效益显著。
Jinxing mining company seeks new type environment-friendly gold leaching reagent to replace toxic sodium cyanide in the run-of-mill ore roasting and roasting calcine cyanidation gold extraction process under the increasingly rigid environmental protection circumstances.In small-scale test and semi-industrial test,the feasibility of new type environment-friendly gold leaching reagent CG505A to replace sodium cyanide is studied.The results show that with previous sodium cyanide leaching system unchanged,CG505A can equally replace sodium cyanide and operate continuously with good leaching performance.All the 16 specifications of leaching tailings are up to the standard and far below the limit value in the toxicity extraction analysis of the filtered cake of CG505A leached tailings,and the leaching tailings can reach the standards of general solid waste storage without treatment;it costs 50.95 yuan/t less to operate with CG505A than sodium cyanide,and the economic and environmental benefits are prominent.
