摘要
为了明确促进港口高质量发展的关键动能,为港口高质量发展提供参照标准和理论支持,提出了一种辨别港口高质量发展关键动能的方法。从港口高质量发展的内涵出发,设计了一个包括新、旧动能两个维度的指标体系,建立了港口高质量发展动能结构方程模型,对港口高质量发展的关键动能进行分类和识别,即未来会发挥主要作用的新动能(关键动能)、仍然生效的旧动能和已经失效的旧动能共三类动能。问卷调查数据分析结果表明,该方法可以有效地判别港口高质量发展的关键动能:新动能对港口高质量发展的影响相对旧动能而言比较大,其中关键新动能是智慧物流体系;旧动能中仍生效的是基础设施条件,对发展经济性和稳定性的影响不可忽视;已经失效的旧动能是港口区位优势。
In order to clarify the key kinetic energy that promoted the high-quality development of ports,and provide reference standards and theoretical support for port development,a method to identify the key kinetic energy of high-quality development was proposed.Based on the connotation of high-quality port development,an index system including two dimensions of new and old kinetic energy was designed,and the Structural Equation Model of high-quality development kinetic energy of ports was established to identify the key kinetic energy of high-quality development.New kinetic energy that will play an important role in the future,old kinetic energy that has expired,and old kinetic energy that is still in effect are three types of kinetic energy to be identified.Through analyzing the questionnaire survey data,it is indicated that this method can effectively identify the key kinetic energy of high-quality port development.The new kinetic energy has a greater impact on the high-quality port development than the old kinetic energy,and the key kinetic energy is the smart logistics system.The old kinetic energy still in effect is the infrastructure conditions,and its impact on the development economy and stability cannot be ignored.The old kinetic energy that has lost its function is the location advantage of the port.
