摘要 目的调查临床低年资护士的创新行为现状及影响因素,为提高临床低年资护士的创新行为能力提供参考。方法采用护士创新行为量表,抽取江苏省内12所公立三级综合医院的846名低年资护士进行调查。结果低年资护士创新行为得分为(29.20±6.56)分,处于中等水平;轮转科室、创新意愿、阅读期刊、职业规划、医院政策是其创新行为的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论低年资护士创新行为有待提高,护理管理者应重点关注影响低年资护士创新行为的因素,制订针对性管理策略,从而促进低年资护士创新行为能力的提高。 Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of innovative behavior in clinical junior nurses,and to provide a reference for improving the innovative behavior of clinical junior nurses.Methods Nurses innovation behavior scale was used to investigate 846 junior nurses in 12 public Level III general hospitals in Jiangsu Province.Results The innovation behavior score of junior nurses was(29.20±6.56),which was in the middle level.Rotation of departments,willingness to innovate,reading journals,career planning and hospital policy were the main influencing factors affecting junior nurses'innovation behavior.Conclusion The innovative behavior of junior nurses needs to be improved,nursing administrators should focus on the influencing factors of innovative behavior in junior nurses and develop targeted management strategies to promote the improvement of innovative behavior of junior nurses.
