文章简述了正念自我同情的相关概念,介绍了正念自我同情在临床护理、护理管理中的研究现状。针对我国现状提出完善研究设计探索正念自我同情的实用性、以互联网为载体发展正念自我同情、在护士日常培训中开展正念自我同情、进一步扩大正念自我同情的应用范围等相关建议,以期引起护理人员的重视,促进正念自我同情在我国护理事业中的应用。

The article briefly introduced the related concepts and the research status of mindful self-compassion(MSC)in clinical nursing and nursing management.According to the current situation of China,some suggestions were put forward to further expand the application scope of MSC,which included improving the research design to explore the practicability of MSC,developing MSC with the Internet as the carrier,carrying out MSC in nurses'daily training,and further expand the scope of the application of mindful self-compassion,so as to arise the attention of nursing staff and promote its application in China's clinical nursing work.
