实习护生择业焦虑与自尊对心理韧性的影响研究

Study on the influence of career anxiety and self-esteem on mental toughness of intern nursing students

目的了解高校实习护生择业焦虑状况,分析自尊及心理韧性对其影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月哈尔滨市某医科大学的306名临床实习护生为研究对象,应用大学生择业焦虑问卷、自尊量表、青少年心理韧性量表对其进行调查。结果实习护生择业焦虑、自尊及心理韧性得分分别为(74.65±5.75)分、(29.06±2.38)分、(85.42±8.90)分。其中,自尊总分、心理韧性总分及各维度得分均与择业焦虑呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。性别、生源地、自尊及心理韧性是择业焦虑的主要影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论实习护生就业前择业焦虑水平较高,自尊及心理韧性有待提高。可结合实习护生个人特点,提升其自尊水平,帮助实习护生进行心理韧性提升训练,降低其择业焦虑水平。

Objective To investigate the career anxiety of intern nursing students in colleges and universities,and analyze the influence of self-esteem and mental toughness on it.Methods A total of 306 intern nursing students from a medical university in Harbin from June 2017 to June 2019 as the research objects,and used college students'career anxiety questionnaire,self-esteem scale,and adolescent mental resilience scale to investigate them.Results The scores of career anxiety,self-esteem and mental toughness of interns were(74.65±5.75),(29.06±2.38),(85.42±8.90),respectively.Among them,the total score of self-esteem,the total score of mental toughness and the scores of various dimensions were negatively correlated with career anxiety(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Gender,birthplace,self-esteem and psychological toughness were the main influencing factors of career anxiety(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Intern nursing trainees have a higher level of job-selection anxiety before employment,and their self-esteem and psychological toughness need to be improved.Combined with the interns'personal characteristics,the training of self-esteem and mental toughness helps the interns and reduces their professional anxiety.
