急诊护士灾害护理能力评价指标构建研究

Construction of evaluation index system of disaster nursing ability on emergency nurses

目的构建我国急诊护士灾害护理能力评价指标体系。方法通过理论材料及相关文献选定评价指标体系框架,结合专家访谈了解急诊护士灾害护理能力的相关概念、职责和评价指标。运用Delphi法对30名专家进行两轮函询,构建急诊护士灾害护理能力评价指标。结果两轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100.00%,专家的权威系数为0.883,判断系数为0.886,熟悉程度为0.880。两轮函询协调系数重要性W值为0.507与0.481,可行性W值为0.437与0.441,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。最终确立了包含4个一级条目、10个二级条目、54个三级条目的急诊护士灾害护理能力评价指标。结论根据函询专家的权威意见修订形成的急诊护士灾害护理能力评价指标内容具有科学性、可靠性及实用性,结合心理护理能力,细化急诊护士灾害护理能力,为未来进一步研究奠定科学依据及基础,可以在临床推广应用。

Objective To construct on evaluation index system of disaster nursing ability on emergency nurses in China.Methods The framework of evaluation index system was selected through theoretical materials and relevant literature,and the relevant concepts,responsibilities and evaluation indexes of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability were understood by combining with expert interviews.Delphi was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation among 30 experts to construct the evaluation index of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability.Results The effective rates of the two rounds were 100.00%,the experts'authority coefficient was 0.883,the judgment coefficient was 0.886 and the familiarity was 0.880.The W values of coordination coefficient of two rounds of letter consultation were 0.507 and 0.481 and the W value of feasibility were 0.437 and 0.441,which all were statistically significant(P<0.01).Finally,the evaluation indexes of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability included 4 first-level items,10 second-level items and 54 third-level items.Conclusion The index content revised of evaluation indexes of emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability according to experts'authoritative opinions is scientific,reliable and practical.Combined with the psychological nursing ability,the emergency nurses'disaster nursing ability is refined,which lays the scientific basis and foundation for further research,and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
