疫情期间一线非现役文职护理人员心理弹性的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解新型冠状病毒疫情期间一线非现役文职护理人员心理弹性状况并分析影响因素,为非现役文职护理人员执行卫勤保障任务前适应性训练及应对能力提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷和心理弹性量表对102名疫情期间一线非现役文职护理人员进行问卷调查。结果疫情期间一线非现役文职护理人员心理弹性量表总分为(70.63±14.24)分。其中力量性维度得分为(3.17±0.64)分、坚韧性维度得分为(2.66±0.66)分、乐观性维度得分为(2.65±0.52)分。职务、护龄、传染病医院或科室工作经历是一线非现役文职护理人员心理弹性的影响因素(R^(2)=0.781,P<0.05)。结论疫情期间一线非现役文职护理人员心理弹性处于中上等水平,护理管理者应重视疫情期间一线非现役文职护理人员心理健康水平,提高一线非现役文职护理人员的心理弹性。 Objective To investigate the mental resilience of non-active civilian nurses on the front line during COVID-19 and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the adaptive training and response their ability before performing the medical service support task.Methods The General Information Questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were used to investigate 102 non-active civilian nurses on the front line during COVID-19.Results During COVID-19,the total score of nurses'mental resilience was(70.63±14.24),among which the score of strength dimension was(3.17±0.64),toughness dimension was(2.65±0.66)and optimism dimension was(2.66±0.52).The position,nursing years,working experience in infectious disease areas were the influencing factors(R^(2)=0.781,P<0.05).Conclusion The mental resilience of non-active civilian nurses during COVID-19 is at medium or high levels.Nursing managers should pay attention to their mental health status and carry out active intervention to improve their mental resilience.
