摘要
为评价雾封层技术的养护性能,在沥青混合料试件上涂抹不同用量雾封层材料后进行室内试验,并对涂抹前后混合料的抗渗性能、抗滑性能和高温性能进行对比研究。结果表明,当材料的涂刷量大于0.8 kg/m2,雾封层能够有效地阻挡水体侵入到试件内部;雾封层的使用会降低沥青混合料的摩擦系数和构造深度,且下降幅度随使用量的增加而增加;雾封层的使用并不能提高沥青混合料的高温性能;在工程应用中,雾封层的建议使用量为0.8 kg/m2。
In order to evaluate the maintenance performance of the fog seal technology,the indoor tests were carried out,different amounts of fog seal materials were applied on the asphalt mixture specimens,and the impermeability,skid resistance and high temperature performance of the mixture were compared.The results show that when the brushing amount of the fog seal is more than 0.8 kg/m2,the fog seal can effectively prevent water intrusion into the specimen;the use of fog seal can reduce the friction coefficient and structural depth of asphalt mixture,and the decline range increases with the amount of fog seal;fog seal can not improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture;in engineering application,the suggested amount of fog seal is 0.8 kg/m2.
