批生产卫星的桌面电接口快速自动化测试系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 随着卫星星座的规模越来越大,对卫星研制周期的要求越来越短,对卫星自动化测试的要求也越来越高;传统的桌面电接口测试存在有安全隐患、测试效率较低及数据一致性差等问题,亟需开展桌面电接口的自动化测试研究;针对具备自动化测试能力、具备数据自主分析能力、具备模块化集成能力的要求,对批生产卫星的桌面电接口自动化测试系统进行了详细的方案设计;通过程控接线盒实现了任意待测节点信号的选通控制,利用NI的采集板卡和控制分析软件完成待测项目的分析及自动测试报告的生成;该方法可以避免测试过程中的线缆插拔等操作,而且具备自动数据分析、自动生成报告的能力,同时可完成多颗星的并行测量,可大幅提升桌面电接口的测试效率,具有较强的应用推广价值。 Traditional desktop electrical interface testing has some problems,such as security risks,low test efficiency,poor data consistency and so on.According to the requirements of automatic test ability,data independent analysis ability and modular integration ability,a detailed scheme design of desktop electrical interface automatic test system for batch production satellites is carried out.Through the program-controlled junction box,the strobe control of any node signal to be tested is realized,and the analysis of the project to be tested and the generation of automatic test report are completed by using Ni acquisition board and control analysis software.This method can avoid the cable plugging and other operations in the test process,and has the ability of automatic data analysis and automatic report generation.At the same time,it can complete the parallel measurement of multiple stars.It can greatly improve the test efficiency of the desktop electrical interface,and has a strong application value.
