基于实物ID的电力精益化管控系统设计

Design of Electric Power Lean Management and Control System Based on Physical ID

电网资产的统一身份编码,可以实现规范电网资产数据管理,提升电网安全运行,对促进资产全过程精益化管控具有重要的意义。本文从硬件和软件的角度,构建基于实物ID的电力精益化管控系统。在硬件方面,对电力物资中的各类实物ID进行统一身份编码;在软件方面,从整体架构、功能模块等方面对精益化管控系统进行设计。结果表明,基于实物ID的电力精益化管控系统规范了电网资产的数据管理,提升了电力企业之间的信息交互,实现了电网设备的监督、定位与故障预警。

The unified identity code of power grid assets can standardize the data management of power grid assets,improve the safe operation of power grid,and is of great significance to promote the lean management and control of the whole process of assets.This paper builds a lean power management system based on physical ID from the perspective of hardware and software.In terms of hardware,a unified identity code is performed on various physical IDs in power supplies;in terms of software,a lean management and control system is designed from the aspects of overall architecture and functional modules.The results show that the electric power lean management and control system based on physical ID standardizes the data management of power grid assets,improves the information exchange between power enterprises,and realizes the supervision,positioning and fault warning of power grid equipment.
