摘要
我国每年会产生大量的废旧沥青,造成资源的极度浪费,为了节约资源,使用厂拌热再生技术能够实现废旧沥青回收再利用。于是文章将研究基于厂拌热再生技术的高速公路RAP制备及其性能。由于废旧沥青的性能不符合规范要求,所以需要对其进行改善,从而提高其性能。通过加入新沥青、再生剂等材料能够实现改善作用,但是其中每种材料的掺量不同就会造成RAP性能不同,于是文章通过实验研究,对制备高速公路RAP的各种材料掺量进行分析,从而设计中性能较好的RAP,最后对制备好的RAP进行性能研究,结果表明文章制备的RAP能够满足路用性能。于是能够降低废旧沥青资源的浪费,有助于推动社会可持续发展。
My country will produce a lot of waste asphalt every year,resulting in extreme waste of resources.In order to save resources,the use of central plant hot recycling technology can achieve waste asphalt recycling and reuse.Therefore,the paper will study the preparation and performance of highway RAP based on central plant hot recycling technology.Since the performance of waste asphalt does not meet the requirements of the specification,it needs to be improved to improve its performance.The improvement effect can be achieved by adding new asphalt,regenerant and other materials,but the different content of each material will cause different RAP performance,so the paper analyzes the content of various materials for the preparation of highway RAP through experimental research.Therefore,the RAP with better performance is designed,and the performance of the prepared RAP is finally studied.The results show that the RAP prepared in this paper can meet the road performance.Therefore,the waste of waste asphalt resources can be reduced,which helps promote the sustainable development of society.
