人本位健教结合规范化管理对癌痛患者治疗意愿、康复信念、生活质量的影响

Effects of human based health education combined with standardized management on the treatment wish,rehabilitation belief and life quality of patientts with cancer pain

目的研究人本位健教结合规范化管理对癌痛患者治疗意愿、康复信念、生活质量的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年1月至2019年7月接收的癌痛患者120例分为2组,对照组60例实施常规健康教育和护理,观察组60例采取人本位健教结合规范化管理。将2组的治疗意愿评分、疼痛评分、疼痛知识掌握情况、自我效能、生活质量进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的治疗意愿评分、疼痛知识掌握达标率、疼痛知识得分以及自我效能得分均高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的生活质量得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施人本位健教结合规范化管理能够提高癌痛患者治疗意愿,可有效缓解其疼痛感,增强康复信念,促进生活质量提高。

Objective To investigate the effects of human based health education combined with standardized management on the treatment wish,rehabilitation belief and life quality of patientts with cancer pain.Methods According to the random number table method,the 120 patients with cancer pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional health education and nursing,however,the patients in observation group were given human based health education combined with standardized management.The treatment wish score,pain score,the masting status about pain knowledge,self-efficacy and life quality were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment wish scores,the rate of masting the pain knowledge reaching the standard,the scores of masting pain knowledge and self-efficacy scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the pain score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the life quality scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The human-oriented health education combined with standardized management can improve the treatment wish of patienttts with cancer pain,effectively alleviate patients’pain,enhance patients’rehabilitation beliefs,and improve life quality of patients.
