基于最优组合权重的特高压主变挡位选择研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了合理选择特高压主变分接头挡位,提出一种基于最优组合权重的特高压主变分接头挡位选择方法。首先选取典型方式电压合格率、电压波动、无功交换总和、解并列及空充电压合格率和静态稳定裕度作为分接头挡位选择的评价指标。其次利用矩估计理论将主客观权重相结合,求出最优的组合权重,通过计算各主变分接头挡位下的评价结果选择最佳分接头挡位。最后以某地区电网为例,验证了所提特高压主变分接头挡位选择方法的有效性和可行性。 For the purpose of reasonable selection of ultra high voltage transformer tap step,a step selection method was proposed on the basis of optimal combination weight.Firstly,voltage qualification rate of the typical mode,voltage fluctuation,sum of reactive power exchange,solution paralleling,air charging voltage qualification rate and static stability margin were chosen as evaluation indexes for tap step selection.Secondly,the subjective and objective weights were combined by use of the moment estimation theory to find the optimal combination weight,and the optimal tap step was selected by calculating the evaluation results of each transformer tap step.Finally,taking a regional power grid as example,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method for selecting UHV transformer tap step were verified.
