摘要
针对分布式电源接入电网后存在电网不稳定的问题,提出一种多时间尺度优化控制方法。依照分布式能源可控DG和柔性负荷的性质,根据划分的配电网多时间尺度区域,保持电压与频率调节的耦合关系。构建优化函数,控制接入点电压,以分布式能源发电周期为划分标准,按照不同的时间尺度制订控制策略,完成优化控制方法的研究。结果表明:与传统控制方法相比,提出的优化控制方法提高了网配控制能力。
Aiming at the problem of grid instability after distributed power sources connected to the power grid,a multi-time scale optimized control method was proposed.According to the characteristics of distributed energy controllable DG and flexible load,the coupling relationship between voltage and frequency regulation was maintained in the light of the multi-time scale area of divided distribution network.The optimization function was constructed to control the voltage of the access point,and the control strategy was formulated according to different time scales based on the division standard of distributed energy generation cycle,and then the research on optimized control method was completed at the end.Compared with the traditional control methods,the optimized control method proposed in the article can improve the control ability of network distribution.
