Goal and Path for High Quality Development of China Winter Sports Industry Supply System in the New Era

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,研究新时代我国冰雪运动产业供给体系高质量发展的目标,提出高质量发展路径。研究结果表明:我国冰雪运动产业供给体系的现实境遇主要体现在供给内容的物质部分薄弱、产品服务水平有待提高及供给机制脱节亟待联结3个方面;供给体系的高质量、高效益、高稳定性是新时代冰雪运动产业供给体系高质量发展的预设目标。建议:以“质量变革”提高供给体系质量,以“效率变革”提升供给体系全要素生产率,以“动力变革”驱动供给体系创新发展。

This paper studies the goal of high quality development of China winter sports industry supply system in the new era by means of literature and logic analysis,and puts forward high quality development path.The actual situation of the supply system of the ice and snow sports industry is mainly reflected in the weak supply content,the imperfection product and service level and disjointed supply mechanism.The high quality,high efficiency and high stability of the supply system are the preset goals for the high quality development of the supply system of winter sports industry in the new era.Quality change,efficiency change and power change have become the realistic paths to promote high-quality development of the supply system of winter sports industry.
