Spiritual Connotation and Value Inheritance of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team in the New Era

运用文献资料法等梳理中国女排精神的发展历程,分析新时代女排精神的内涵并提出价值传承策略。中国女排精神是在特殊时代背景下产生的极具中华民族特色的体育精神,是激励国人奋进的宝贵精神和力量源泉,主要经历了诞生、嬗变、回归、重塑四个阶段,最终形成了以祖国至上、团结协作、顽强拼搏、永不言败为内涵的新时代女排精神。提出促进中国女排精神价值传承的策略:讲好中国女排故事,激发爱国主义情怀,助推精神文明建设;充分发挥品牌优势,提升体育文化氛围,助推“四个自信”建设;提高群众体育认知,发挥示范带动作用,助推体育强国发展;拓宽宣传渠道,打造超级文化品牌,展示良好国家形象等。

This article uses the literature method to sort out the development of the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team,analyzes the connotation in the new era,and proposes its value inheritance strategy.The spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team is a kind of sports spirit with Chinese national characteristics.It is a precious spirit and power source to encourage Chinese people to forge ahead.Its development has gone through four stages:birth,change,return and reconstruction.So,the spirit of women's volleyball team in the new era takes the motherland as the supreme,unity and cooperation,indomitable struggle and never say die as its connotation.This paper proposes strategies to promote the spiritual value inheritance of the Chinese women's volleyball team.Firstly,we will tell the stories of the Chinese women's volleyball team better,stimulate patriotism and promote the construction of spiritual civilization.Secondly,we will give full play to the brand advantages,enhance the sports culture atmosphere,and highlight the Chinese people's confidence in the path,theory,system and culture.Thirdly,we will enhance the public awareness of sports,give play to the role of demonstration,boost the development of the leading sports nation.Fourthly,we will expand the publicity channels,create a super cultural brand,display a better national image.
