我国婴幼儿游泳市场研究

摘要 运用文献资料、实地调查等方法,对我国婴幼儿游泳市场的发展现状进行研究,根据其存在的不足提出治理策略,为推进我国婴幼儿游泳市场健康可持续发展提供参考。研究认为,现阶段我国婴幼儿游泳市场的规模效应逐渐增大、消费需求动力明显、课程内容渐成系统,但面临着行业门槛低,管理相对滞后;教学目标相对局限,教学内容同质化;卫生环境不佳,安全存在隐患;从业人员素质参差不齐,行业监管缺位等问题。提出健全市场准入制度体系、完善教学课程体系、加强师资队伍建设体系、强化行业安全监管体系的治理策略。 This thesis studies the development status of infant swimming market in China by means of literature and field investigation,and puts forward management strategies according to its existing shortcomings,so as to provide reference for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of infant swimming market in China.According to the research,the scale effect of infant swimming market in China is gradually increasing,the driving force of consumer demand is obvious,and the curriculum content is gradually becoming systematic.But the industry threshold is low and the management is relatively lagging behind.The teaching objective is relatively limited and the teaching content is homogenized.The sanitary environment is poor and there are also some safety risks.The quality of the employees is uneven and the industry supervision is still lacking.This thesis also puts forward some management strategies as follows:perfecting the market access system,improving the teaching curriculum system,strengthening the construction system of teachers and the industry safety supervision system.
