Professor SHAN Zhaowei has 50-years rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment,especially good at treating chronic atrophic gastritis.According to Professor SHAN summarized the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis as spleen deficiency,with dampness,heat and blood stasis.The treatment was based on strengthening spleen,invigorating qi,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation,focusing on strengthening the movement of middle energizer,regulating the rise and fall of spleen and stomach,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation and nourishing yin.According to the severity of the disease,Qingyou Yangwei Capsule,Renshu Jianwei Granule,Ershen Sancao Decoction,Shenxialiancao Decoction,etc.were given separately,which were matched with diet and emotional adjustment,and achieved remarkable clinical results.
