摘要
脉冲涡流扫查技术是一种检测金属管道壁厚损失率的技术,可用于带保温层管道的缺陷扫查,具有无需拆除保温层、无需清理管道表面和无需耦合剂等优点,能实现管道腐蚀减薄部位的快速定位。其缺点是不能实现钢材裂纹、夹渣、气泡等缺陷的扫查,容易受环境电磁噪声干扰,而且检测精度易受影响,需要采用其他检测方法进行验证,如超声波和超声波相控阵测厚等。炼油装置现场应用表明,脉冲涡流扫查技术不仅能应用于高温裸管的检测,还能用于带保温层管道的缺陷扫查,对于装置腐蚀隐患排查和长周期安全平稳运行很有帮助。
Pulsed eddy current is a kind of technology to detect wall thickness loss rate of pipelines,which can be used for scanning of pipelines with insulation layer.Corrosions can be located rapidly without removing insulation,surface treatment and coupling agent.However,it cannot realize the scanning of cracks,slag inclusion and bubbles,due to the interference brought about by environmental electromagnetic noise.And hence other means are required to ensure detection accuracy,such as ultrasonic thickness measurement,phased array and so on.The application shows that the technology can be used not only for high temperature bare pipes,but also for pipes with insulation layer,which is beneficial to hidden danger elimination and long-term operation of the unit.
