摘要
重点介绍三级管在应答机中的应用类型。作为测控应答机的重要组成部分,三极管的工作状态主要有放大、倍频、开关及移相,具有性能良好、可靠性高、电路简单及价格低廉等优点。对于低频和低倍数情况下的倍频电路,采用三极管倍频可以简化倍频电路,提高可靠性。控制好三极管集电极和发射极的偏置电压,可以实现电路的导通和截止,完成相应的电路功能。三极管共射电路和共集电路会引发不同的相位偏移,控制两路信号的移相比重,获得所需的相位偏移量。
The paper introduces the application type of triode in transponder.As an important part of the measurement and control transponder,the working state of the triode mainly includes amplification,frequency doubling,switching and phase-shifting,and it has the advantages of good performance,high reliability,simple circuit and low price.For low frequency and low multiples of the case of frequency doubling circuit,using the transistor frequency doubling can simplify the frequency doubling circuit,improve the reliability.So if we can control the voltage of the triode’s emitter and collector,we will have the founctin we need about the circuit.The triode’s emitter coincident circuit and collector coincident circult produces different phase shift.So we can control the ratio of the two roads to achieve the phase shift we need.
