2020年版《中国药典》天南星等多基原药材显微特征的商榷

Discussion on the accuracy of microscopic characteristic description of multi-source medicinal materials such as Arisaematis Rhizoma in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020

目的对天南星、大黄、龙胆、山慈菇等多基原药材及其炮制品或成药的显微特征进行整理,以期为天南星等多基原药材的显微特征修订提供参考依据。方法查阅2020年版《中国药典》及相关文献,对天南星等多基原药材及其炮制品或成药的显微特征描述的准确性进行分析。结果与结论 2020年版《中国药典》收载的天南星等多基原药材及其炮制品与成药的某些显微特征描述存在不足或错误之处,甚至出现自相矛盾的情况,据此提出了相应的修订意见。

Objective To discuss the microscopic characteristics of multi-source medicinal materials such as Arisaematis Rhizoma,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma,Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and their patent medicines,and put forward suggestions for revising the relevant descriptions.Methods The Chinese Pharmacopoeia relevant works and papers were referred to analyze the accuracy of microscopic characteristic description of multi-source medicinal materials such as Arisaematis Rhizoma and Chinese patent medicines.Results and Conclusion The microscopic characteristics description of Arisaematis Rhizoma and other multi-source medicines and their processed products or patent medicines are inadequate or incorrect,and even contradictions have arisen,and it is recommended to revise the relevant descriptions.
