摘要
研究了PS/PP、膨润土-PS/PP多元共混体系的性能。结果表明:PS及膨润土-PS的加入影响了PP的结晶形态,使共混体系半结晶时间缩短、结晶速率增加,结晶度降低;PS/PP和膨润土-PS/PP相同比例的共混体系,其熔融峰位置向低温偏移,体系熔点略低,其结晶峰位置向高温偏移,结晶温度有较明显的提高;PP/PS/膨润土共混体系中膨润土的层间距基本没有变化,表明在熔融共混加工过程中聚合物链没有插层到膨润土片层中。
The properties of PS/PP and bentonite PS/PP blends were studied.The results showed that the addition of PS and Bentonite-PS affected the crystalline morphology of PP,shortened the half crystallization time,increased the crystallization rate and decreased the crystallinity of the blends;the melting peak position of PS/PP and Bentonite-PS/PP blends with the same proportion shifted to low temperature,the melting point of the system was slightly lower,the crystallization peak position shifted to high temperature,and the crystallization temperature was significantly increased.There was no change in the interlayer spacing of bentonite in the blends,indicating that the polymer chains did not insert into the layers of bentonite during the melt blending process.
