摘要
选用天然胶乳与基质沥青进行改性,并对其制备工艺与基本性能进行研究。通过常规沥青基本实验、荧光显微观察确定天然胶乳的最佳制备温度、掺量等参数,采用离析、沥青薄膜加热试验等进行基本性能研究。试验结果表明:天然胶乳改性沥青的最佳制备温度为165~175℃;添加稳定剂可以提高天然胶乳改性沥青的储存稳定性;天然胶乳掺量在一定范围内,175℃布氏黏度随着天然胶乳掺量的增加而增加;薄膜加热试验后针入度变大,延度变小,在荧光显微下看出老化前后荧光显微效果相差极大,表明天然胶乳和基质沥青只是简单存在部分地吸附、相容,而并非完全熔融,具体原因还需要进一步研究。
Select natural rubber latex and base asphalt for modification,and study its preparation process and basic performance.Through conventional basic asphalt experiment and fluorescence microscopic observation,the optimal preparation temperature and content of natural rubber latex are determined,and basic performance studies are carried out using segregation and asphalt film heating test.The test results show that the optimal preparation temperature of natural rubber latex modified asphalt is 165~175℃;adding stabilizers can improve the storage stability of natural rubber latex modified asphalt;when natural rubber latex content is within a certain range,the Brookfield viscosity at 175℃increases with the content increase;after the film heating test,the penetration becomes larger and the ductility becomes smaller.The fluorescence microscopy shows that the fluorescence microscopy effect before and after aging is very dif ferent,indicating that the natural rubber latex and the base asphalt only simply exists partially adsorbed and compatible,but not completely melted.The specific reasons need to be further studied.
