运动跑道用聚氨酯塑胶的耐候性研究

摘要 为明确聚氨酯塑胶材料下运动跑道老化与机能丧失程度,更好地维护聚氨酯性能、延长跑道寿命,提出聚氨酯塑胶运动跑道的耐候性分析。分析聚氨酯塑胶耐候性老化性能,得出将抗氧剂与三种吸收剂的混合物作为稳定剂,试片的黄变抑制性能最理想,经强日光照射后,其物理机械性能最佳;分析聚氨酯塑胶抗压性,探索表观密度与抗压强度关系,利用表观密度与棱边聚合物分数间强度表达式,得知表观密度对延长跑道使用寿命、维持跑道机能具有有效性。 In order to clarify the degree of aging and functional loss of the sports track under the polyurethane plastic material,better maintain the polyurethane performance and extend the life of the track,the weather resistance analysis of the polyurethane plastic sports track is proposed.Analyzing the weather resistance and aging performance of polyurethane plastics,it is concluded that a mixture of antioxidants and three absorbents is used as a stabilizer.The yellowing inhibition performance of the test piece is the most ideal.After strong sunlight,its physical and mechanical properties are the best;analysis of polyurethane Plastic compression resistance,explore the relationship between apparent density and compressive strength,and use the strength expression between the apparent density and the edge polymer fraction to find that the apparent density is effective in prolonging the service life of the runway and maintaining the performance of the runway.
