摘要 高分子材料因为其密度小、比强度大和加工性能好、电绝缘性能优良等而被广泛应用于电子电气行业。但是,其在受到潮湿或电解质污染时出现的漏电起痕现象,导致使材料失效,损坏电气设备,甚至威胁到生命安全。该文介绍了高分子绝缘材料漏电起痕现象,分析了材料性质与环境因素的影响。 Polymers are widely used in the electrical and electronic industry for light weight,good mechanical properties and excellent electrical insulation properties.However,the tracking caused by the moisture or electrolyte contamination may result in the polymer failure,damage the electrical equipment,and even threat the safety of life.Therefore,the phenomenon of tracking of the polymers has attracted the general attention.This paper introduces the tracking phenomenon,and analyzes the effect of the properties of polymers and the environment on the surface tracking performance.
