摘要 介绍了Ziegler-Natta催化剂、铬基催化剂、茂金属催化剂、非茂金属催化剂以及复合催化剂等聚乙烯催化剂的特点及研究现状。目前,聚乙烯催化剂及其工艺的相关核心技术不仅复杂且大多为国外公司所垄断,为国内聚乙烯催化剂的发展进步带来了挑战与机遇,今后应该在加快吸收引进国外技术的基础上,提高整体PE树脂生产技术水平,提高产品质量,增加新品种,扩大生产规模,不断加大具有独立知识产权的新生产工艺的研发力度。 Introduces the characteristics and research status of polyethylene catalysts such as Ziegler-Natta catalyst,chromiumbased catalyst,metallocene catalyst,non-metallocene catalyst,and composite catalyst.At present,the core technologies related to polyethylene catalysts and their processes are not only complicated and mostly monopolized by foreign companies,which have brought challenges and opportunities to the development and progress of domestic polyethylene catalysts.In the future,it should be improved on the basis of accelerating the absorption and introduction of foreign technologies.The overall PE resin production technology level,improve product quality,add new varieties,expand production scale,and continuously increase the research and development of new production processes with independent intellectual property rights.
