摘要
对对比钢与试验钢在不同腐蚀时间之后的形貌与耐腐蚀性进行了试验分析,结果表明:对比钢与试验钢在室外通过加速腐蚀之后,表面都发生了明显锈层形态,然而不同腐蚀时间之后,锈层颜色存在显著差异;经过4周时间的自然放置之后,对比钢与试验钢表面的锈层显著增加,然而试验钢表面锈层致密度较高,对比钢表面锈层则相对疏松,局部锈层甚至因为脱落变得更加稀薄,厚度也随之下降;就腐蚀之前的裸钢样品而言,在腐蚀8周与12周之后,试验钢比对比钢的腐蚀电位更正,电流密度更小,耐腐蚀性更好,且腐蚀之后,锈层致密度更高,稳定性更良好,可助于保护基体不受侵蚀。
After dif ferent corrosion time,the morphology and corrosion resistance of comparision steel and test steel were studied,the results show that comparison with steel and tes tsteel after outdoor by accelerated corrosion,rust layer surface have taken place,but at dif ferent time ison,rust layer color exist significant dif ference.After four weeks of natural placement,the rust layer on the surface of the comparison steel and the test steel increased significantly.However,the rust layer on the test steel surface had a higher density,while the rust layer on the comparison steel surface was relatively loose.The local rust layer even became thinner due to shedding,and the thickness decreased accordingly.For bare steel samples before corrosion,after 8 and 12 weeks of corrosion,the corrosion potential of the test steel was corrected,the current density was lower,and the corrosion resistance was better than that of the comparison steel.Besides,after corrosion,the rust layer had higher density and better stability,which could help protect the matrix from corrosion.
