摘要
为研究广东地区高速公路改扩建工程乳化沥青厂拌冷再生合理工艺,基于广东地区气候特点和改扩建工程需求,通过理论和试验研究,确定了乳化沥青、水泥用量及级配对混合料劈裂强度的影响和广东地区乳化沥青厂拌冷再生的施工工艺,结合开阳高速公路改扩建工程,将该工艺应用于实际工程中,为类似工程提供参考经验。
In order to study the reasonable plant mixing cold recycling technology of emulsified asphalt in Guangdong Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion project,this paper is based on the analysis of the climate characteristic,the demand of reconstruction and expansion project in Guangdong.The influence of emulsified asphalt,cement dosage and gradation on the splitting strength of mixture and the construction technology of plant mixed cold recycling of emulsified asphalt in Guangdong are determined through theoretical and experimental research.This technology is applied to the practical engineering in highway reconstruction and expansion project,which provides reference experience for similar projects.
