基于生态系统理论的智能港口集装箱运输工匠型人才培育模式

摘要 人工智能技术应用是自动化码头构建智能航运生态的引擎,加快培育集装箱运输工匠型专业人才则为智能港口提供智力支撑和人才保证。以文献研究与实证研究为基本主线,归纳演绎适应以互联网、大数据、云计算和自动感应技术为主要特征的智能港口集装箱运输工匠型人才内涵和特征:行为认识、行业自觉、思维创新、技能精进和实践养成。提出其培育路径:确立智慧港口"工匠精神"时代蕴含科学认同理念;探索多元主体协同培养"工匠精神"模式,创建"工匠精神"实践实训融合互补模式,打通"工匠精神"人才职业成长通道障碍,架构"工匠精神"评价分析导航机制。 The application of artificial intelligence technology in the shipping industry is the engine of building intelligent shipping ecology for automatic terminals,and accelerating the cultivation of container transportation craftsman professionals,so as to provide intellectual support and talent guarantee.Taking literature research and empirical research as the main line,this paper summarizes and deduces the connotation and characteristics of smart port container transportation craftsman talents with the main characteristics of Internet,big data,cloud computing and automatic sensing technology:behavior awareness,industry consciousness,thinking innovation,skill improvement and practice cultivation.The cultivation path is proposed as follows:establish the concept of scientific identity in the era of"craftsman spirit"in smart port;explore the mode of multi subject collaborative cultivation of"craftsman spirit";create the integration and complementary mode of practice training of"craftsman spirit";break through the barriers of professional growth of"craftsman spirit"talents;construct the evaluation,analysis and navigation mechanism of"craftsman spirit".
