“三段四式”主题化系列化教研模式的研究与实践

摘要 "三段四式"主题化系列化教研模式是学前教育围绕"幼儿园教育管理"形成的教研模式。"三段",即将主题化系列化教研活动分为教研前、教研中、教研后三个阶段,"四式",即教研过程主要通过游戏体验、案例剖析、交流互访、问题研讨等方式交互作用,增强互动和体验,关注方式的转变和模式的创新。"三段四式"主题化系列化教研模式聚焦教研"真"问题,关注教研"真"体验,形成教研"真"成果。 The"Three Stages and Four Forms"thematic serialization of teaching-research mode is formed around"kindergarten education management"in preschool education."Three stages",is,the thematic series of teaching and research activities are divided into three stages,namely,before teaching and research,during teaching and research,and after teaching and research;"four forms",is,the teaching and research process mainly interacts through game experience,case analysis,exchange visits,problem discussion and other ways to enhance interaction and experience,and focus on the transformation of mode and innovation mode.The"three stages and four forms"theme series teaching and research mode focuses on the"true"problems of teaching and research,pays attention to the"true"experience of teaching and research,and forms the"true"achievements of teaching and research.
